How opportunities move.

One standard template for everything: startups, funds, real estate or other.

Submit
Any member can put an opportunity into the register using one standard template.
High level check
The steering committee checks that the entry is complete, legitimate on its face and relevant to the network. This is explicitly not due diligence and not an endorsement.
Circulate and connect
Approved opportunities are circulated to members. Interested members connect directly with the submitter and decide entirely on their own terms.

The door is closed on purpose.

Access is limited to members who have been invited by the club. If you are part of the IMD community, you are warmly encouraged to take part.

  1. Request

Tell us who you are and how you are connected to IMD.

  2. Review

A member of the steering committee reviews your request and gets in touch.

  3. Invitation

Once approved, you get a personal link. It works once and expires after 7 days.

Pure facilitation.

No commissions, no fees, no funds, no money flowing through the club and no legal entity required. Members invest independently and at their own risk.

Nothing on this platform is investment advice, an offer or a solicitation. No due diligence is performed on any entry.

White Horse Capital is an informal initiative created by alumni, for alumni. It is completely independent from IMD and not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the school. The IMD name is used only to describe who our members are.
